We’re excited to share that Vectors has officially acquired Caelor, an Atlassian Marketplace Partner known for its innovative apps across both Confluence and Jira.

It’s an exciting step for us as we continue building more powerful, connected solutions for teams working throughout the Atlassian ecosystem.

A Shared Foundation:

Vectors and Caelor have both been part of this ecosystem for years, with a shared goal of helping teams work better together.

At Vectors, our strength has always been in knowledge management and content structuring within both Confluence and Jira, streamlining the creation, organization, and sharing of all types of information.

On the other hand, Caelor will be bringing in its complementary expertise that naturally extends what we do, from intranet experiences through their Confluence apps to innovative Jira solutions, including service management workflows like procurement, and a very strong cloud-first footprint.

What This Means for our Customers Going Forward:

By combining our capabilities together, we can better support a wider range of end-to-end Atlassian workflows, enabling teams to streamline how they work as they scale their use of our apps.

And this is really just the beginning. Our focus doesn’t change, we’re still here to make work clearer, more structured, and more efficient for teams. And with Caelor now part of Vectors, we’re in a stronger position to deliver more on that vision.

Leadership and Continuity:

As part of this transition, Adil from Caelor will step in as the new CEO, while the rest of Vectors’ leadership team, including our COO, CPO, and CTO remains unchanged, ensuring continuity in how we operate and build.

We’ll be sharing more updates in the coming months as we continue to bring our products and teams closer together.

Stay tuned for what’s ahead with Caelor, and thanks for being part of the journey.

How to Reuse Content in Confluence Using the Excerpt and Include Page Macros
When working on Confluence content, we often find ourselves reusing the same blocks over and over again. Think product descriptions, process steps, visual elements, and more .Perhaps the easiest options are to repost visuals, rewrite text content (if it's short), or simply copy/paste. All options are fine at first glance, but are they sustainable, scalable, or time efficient? Not really.
Common Knowledge Management Mistakes and how to fix them-1
Back in the day, I didn’t like Confluence as a knowledge management solution. I found it a bit too corporate for my taste, a bit desperate to cover every feature under the sun. And that was until the day I realized I’d been using it wrong. I blamed it all along for the mess I found myself in, but the first step to sobriety is admitting you have a problem.
